Short clips shot while the work was going on. The first walks through a dated bathroom being stripped back to the walls, the second follows a full renovation from the old suite through to the finished room.
This project completely transformed the layout of the home. A separate snug and lounge became one large, open-plan living space, finished with joinery designed and built for the room.
A transformation that combines structural alterations with high-end bespoke joinery, all handled by one team from start to finish.
Structural steelwork. Removed a load-bearing wall and installed a structural steel beam to open the snug and lounge into one large living space.
Bespoke cabinetry. Designed and fitted bespoke cabinetry, professionally spray-finished for a flawless look.
Custom storage. Built custom storage solutions to maximise space while keeping the room clean, practical and stylish.
A cracked, tired kitchen floor rebuilt from the base up. The old tiles came out, the floor was levelled and a decoupling membrane went down, then large-format grey porcelain was laid with levelling clips for a flat, even finish that runs through to the hallway.
A dated bathroom taken back to the joists and rebuilt end to end. New sub-floor and pipework, fresh plastering and large-format grey tiling, then a new bath, walk-in shower, vanity basin and toilet. Where the old airing cupboard stood, we built a bespoke shelving unit to keep the storage without the bulk.
A plain cream bathroom stripped out and refitted as a modern family bathroom. The old tiles and plaster were hacked off, the walls tanked and re-boarded, then large-format slate-effect tiles went up floor to ceiling with a wood-effect floor. A new bath with an overhead shower and glass screen, a vanity basin, back-to-wall toilet and a brushed brass towel radiator finished the room.
